Usually yes. Radiant Dental holds same-day emergency slots — call 0161 330 1178 before you set off and we will normally see you the same day. An emergency appointment is £65, including assessment and X-rays.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe toothache, facial or gum swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling causing pain, or bleeding that will not stop. Swelling that reaches your eye or throat, or makes swallowing difficult, needs urgent care — go to A&E.
What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?
Handle it by the crown, never the root. If it is clean, try to place it back in the socket and bite gently on a cloth. If not, keep it in milk and call us immediately — an adult tooth replanted within the hour has by far the best chance.
Do I need to be a registered patient?
No. We see emergency patients who have never been to the practice before. You are under no obligation to register afterwards, though most people do.
